Through this page, users can choose the diagnosis that best matches their or their loved one’s needs, and then connect with the partner organization that hosts camp sessions for that particular group.
This model supports Camp Kamassa’s mission of being an inclusive, fully accessible, year-round camp by partnering with medical and nonprofit organizations to deliver tailored programs.

Camp Kamassa is proud to host a Family Weekend for the Brain Injury Association of Mississippi and the United Spinal Cord Injury Association of Mississippi, taking place May 22–24. This special weekend is designed to bring individuals and families together for connection, encouragement, and shared experiences in a fully accessible and welcoming environment.
Families will enjoy time to relax and recharge while participating in inclusive activities that promote fellowship, fun, and meaningful connection. Camp Kamassa’s thoughtfully designed campus ensures accessibility, comfort, and safety for participants of all abilities.
This Family Weekend offers an opportunity to build community, strengthen relationships, and create lasting memories alongside others who share similar journeys.
SENSORY RESPITE DAY

Join us for a special day created for friends with sensory needs. This low-sensory event is ideal for individuals with Autism or anyone who benefits from a calmer environment. This day will be filled with worship, fun activities, and time with friends. Participants will enjoy games, crafts, and outdoor recreation, all supported by caring and trained volunteers.
A delicious lunch and snacks will be provided, ensuring a safe and welcoming experience for every camper. Families and caregivers can take a well-deserved break while their loved ones enjoy a meaningful, joy-filled day.
Caregivers are also invited to a Brunch & Learn from 9:00–9:45 a.m.
2026 MTK CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

Join us on Thursday, October 1st for the MTK Charity Golf Tournament at Whisper Lake Country Club in Madison! This exciting event will feature two shotgun starts at 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM, along with a delicious buffet lunch, beverages, and snacks included for all participants.
Proceeds will benefit Camp Kamassa, Mississippi’s only year-round camp designed specifically for children and adults with special needs and chronic illnesses.
Gather your team, enjoy a day on the beautiful course, and help make a difference for some truly deserving campers!
